(Unila): The Integrated Services Unit (ULT) of the University of Lampung (Unila) held a coordination meeting on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, in the Vice Rector for PKSI’s office. Meeting participants discussed the follow-up to the ULT’s institutional formation, regulatory readiness, system integration, and preparations for the launch of Unila’s integrated services dashboard.

Several important decisions were made, including the drafting of ULT Rector’s Regulations (Pertor), establishing the organizational structure, submitting server and domain applications to the ICT Unit, and preparation service guidelines and administrative training. The launch of the ult.unila.ac.id dashboard is scheduled for the third week of February 2026.

Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information Systems (PKSI) Unila Prof. Dr. Ayi Ahadiat, SE, MBA, emphasized the importance of accelerating the preparation of Pertor and organizational structure before the launch.

“We must ensure that ULT regulations and institutions are finalized before launching so that services are effective and measurable,” said Ayi. He also asked faculties to report on their respective ULT services and prepare guidelines, regulations, and dashboard displays.

The Head of Unila’s ICT Unit, Dr. Eng. Mardiana, ST, MT, emphasized the need for promoting and guiding on the use of MyUnila, given that some systems are not yet fully integrated. “System integration must continue to be improved, and users need to be provided with guidance so that the service can be utilized optimally,” explained Mardiana.

Unila’s UPA ICT staff member, Sabda, explained that the ULT dashboard will be equipped with an AI-based chatbot , user registration and login features, and integration with Unila’s single sign-on (SSO). “Admins will be able to create service forms independently and link to existing systems on campus,” he said.

UPA TIK staff member Mahendra added that leadership data is available in SIKEP Kepegawaian, while student data can be integrated through MyUnila.

He emphasized that all Unila information systems need to display the ULT (chatbot) widget. To support operations, ULT requires a dedicated server, and the system’s source code will be handed over to the ICT Unit to facilitate maintenance.

Ihsan, who is also a staff member of UPA ICT, proposed clustering external users by adding NISN data for those who do not have an account.

Meanwhile, the Head of BPKHM Dr. Budi Sutomo, S.Si., M.Si., emphasized the importance of rules and guidelines for implementing ULT, as well as the need for facilities, including ten laptop in the service room.

From a public relations perspective, Public Relations Team Coordinator M. Safik Eka Saputra, SE, MM, added that improvements to the dashboard’s appearance and training for administrators and verifiers are needed. These activities are scheduled for the second week of February 2026.
