Central Administration Office

Central Administration Office is the center of the academic activities of the University of Lampung. This building is used as the office of the Rector, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Vice Rector for General Administration and Finance, Vice Rector for Student affair and Alumni, and the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation , and Information Technology and communication. In addition, the building is also used as office for Research and Community Services Institute; Learning Development Institute and the University Quality Assurance; Archives Unit; and International Cooperation Unit. Bureau of Academic (BAK), Bureau of Finance (BUK) and BPKH also locate in this office.

 

Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs ( BAK )

BAK has the task of providing services in the field of academic and student administration. In carrying out the task , BAK has  the following functions:

  1. Planning, implementation and evaluation of educational services include educational administration services , registration and graduation ;
  2. Planning, evaluation of academic information system services , faculty evaluation and accreditation of courses and institutions ;
  3. Planning, implementation and evaluation of student services which include administrative services of interest , aptitude , reasoning , and welfare of students .

 

General Affairs and Finance (BUK)

BUK has the task of carrying out the administration of finance, personnel, general housekeeping , law and management , equipment , and assets.

In performing its duties, BUK has the following functions:

  1. Planning, execution and control of personnel affairs;
  2. Planning, execution and control of financial and accounting matters ;
  3. Planning, execution and control of public affairs , housekeeping , law and management , as well as the equipment and assets.

 

Bureau of Planning and Public Relations (BPHM)

BPHM has the following tasks:

  1. Administration of planning, budgeting and programs controlling and activities .
  2. Administrative cooperation at home and abroad
  3. planning, execution and control of public relations and protocol activities .

 

In performing its duties , BPHM has the following functions:

  1. Strategic planning and development ;
  2. Planning , implementation and control of programs , activities , and annual budget ;
  3. Planning and administrating cooperation at home and abroad ; and
  4. Planning , execution and control of public relations and protocol activities .

 

Integrated service unit (UPT) Library

Library Unit is an academic support unit in the library field has the task of carrying out the provision of library services for the purposes of education , research , and community service .

In performing its duties , UPT Library has the following functions:

  1. Planning of needs and the provision of library materials ;
  2. processing of library materials ;
  3. providing of services and utilization of library materials ;
  4. maintenance of library materials ;
  5. development and management of library information technology systems
  6. execution of administrative affairs of the library .

 

UPT Language

UPT Language is a technical implementation unit in the field of development of learning and language services has the tasks of learning development , capacity building , and language tests .

In performing its duties , UPT Language performs its functions as:

  1. Implementing the preparation of plans , programs , and budgets ;
  2. developing of language learning ;
  3. giving services for the improvement of language skills of lecturers , students , and educators ;
  4. executing the language proficiency test for lecturers , students , and educators ; and
  5. implementation of the administrative affairs of the language center .

 

UPT Archives

this Unit has the task of managing the archives .

In performing its duties , this unit has the following functions:

  1. implementing the preparation of plans , programs , and budgets ;
  2. implementing the of records management ; and
  3. implementing the administrative affairs Archives Unit .

 

UPT Career Development and Entrepreneurship

Career Development and Entrepreneurship Unit – a unit of work that aims to help the graduates to be accepted by the workforce – has the task of preparing graduates in accordance with the competence and foster interest and entrepreneurial culture of students and alumni.

In performing its duties , Career Development and Entrepreneurship Unit performs functions :

  1. Planning , execution , control and reporting and data tracking graduates ( tracer ) ,
  2. Planning , execution , control and reporting of student development through training to enhance the entrepreneurship ,
  3. Planning , execution , and control of recruitment , coaching and career consulting .

 

UPT Integrated Laboratory and Technological Innovation

UPT Integrated Laboratory and Technological Innovation has task of managing task of research and development of biomass applied science , engineering and technology , and biotechnology .

In performing its duties , UPT Integrated Laboratory and Technological Innovation has the following functions:

  • Implementation of the preparation of plans, programs , and budgets ;
  • Research and development of biomass , engineering and technology , and biotechnology ;
  • Business development of various research and development ;
  • Implementation of administrative affair .

 

UPT Office of International Affairs

UPT Office of International Affairs ( KUI ) has the task of managing the development of foreign cooperation both universities , governments, businesses , and non- profit organizations who are abroad , and management of internationalization of academic programs .

In performing its duties , UPT KUI performs its functions of planning, budgeting , implementing , coordinating , monitoring , evaluating , and reporting KUI operational performance , foreign cooperation development and internationalization of academic programs .
