(Unila): The University of Lampung (Unila) held a Workshop on Impactful Cooperation and Overseas Travel Permit Management (PDLN) in a hybrid manner , namely offline in the main meeting room on the second floor and online via zoom meeting, Thursday, February 12, 2026.
The activity was attended by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information Systems of Unila, Prof. Dr. Ayi Ahadiat, SE, MBA, along with the university’s leadership, including the Chair of the Senate, Vice Rectors, Deans, Director of Postgraduate Studies, and Chairs of Institutions.
In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Ayi Ahadiat stated that this workshop is important for establishing a common understanding, improving technical understanding, and strengthening the governance of overseas travel permits within Unila.
According to him, good governance will support the creation of impactful and sustainable cooperation.
The workshop featured four speakers, namely the Head of the Bureau of Foreign Technical Cooperation of the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia, Novianti; representative of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Suryo Boediono, ST, MBA
Head of the Evaluation and Cooperation Section of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek), Firman Hidayat, SS, M.Si.; and Head of the Diplomatic Passport and Consular Services Sub-Division of the Directorate General, Oky Yanuar.
The materials presented in this workshop included impactful collaboration related to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 5 and KPI 8, managing overseas travel permits for lecturers, administrative staff, and students, as well as managing official passports and exit permits.
Through this activity, participants were equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the administrative procedures and regulations that must be met in implementing international cooperation and overseas business trips, so as to minimize administrative obstacles in the future.
This workshop was expected to encourage collaboration to develop and implement collaborations that align with campus impact policies and support the University of Lampung’s internationalization agenda in an orderly, systematic, and sustainable manners. [Muzamil Kakar]
