(Unila): The University of Lampung (Unila) held an activity to fill out the Integrity Zone (ZI) Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) and the 2026 Integrity Zone Work Meeting, on Friday, February 6, 2026, in the main meeting room on the second floor, Unila Rectorate.

This activity is an important part of Unila’s ongoing efforts to realize clean, transparent, and accountable higher education governance.

The activity was opened by Unila Rektor. Dr. Ir. Lusmeilia Afriani, DEA, IPM., ASEAN Eng., and attended by the Vice Rector for Finance and General Affairs, Deans, Deputy Deans, and the Unila Integrity Zone Team.

In her remarks, the Rektor emphasized that the LKE filling activities and the Integrity Zone working meeting were an important part of Unila’s joint efforts to build clean, transparent, and accountable higher education governance.

The development of ZI towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM) is seen not merely as an administrative obligation, but as a moral and institutional commitment of Unila in strengthening the integrity of higher education implementation.

The Rector also explained that ZI is a strategic instrument to ensure that all service processes, financial management, human resource management, and public services are carried out based on the principles of good governance and clean government .

Therefore, filling out the ZI LKE has a crucial position because it is an objective reflection of the achievements, challenges, and areas of improvement that must be continuously addressed by each work unit.

She further stated that the LKE is not only seen as an assessment document, but as an organizational reflection tool that demands honesty, accuracy, and sincerity from all work units.

The Rector emphasized the importance of filling out the LKE accurately, based on valid data and supporting evidence, and reflecting the real conditions in each faculty and work unit within Unila.

Through the ZI working meeting, the Rector hopes to build a common perception and strategic steps between units in strengthening the culture of integrity at Unila.

The synergy between university leaders, faculty leaders, coordinators, and ZI administrators is considered the key to the success of sustainable ZI development, so that it does not run partially, but is coordinated and mutually supportive.

The Rector also emphasized that ZI’s success is not solely measured by the predicate obtained, but by real changes in work culture, improvements in service quality, and growing public trust in Unila.

Integrity must be reflected in every decision-making, budget management, academic and non-academic services, as well as the attitudes and behavior of the entire academic community.

On that occasion, the Rector also expressed his appreciation to the faculty leaders, coordinators, and ZI administrators who have been at the forefront of preparing data, monitoring, and ensuring that the ZI program is implemented according to regulations. This role is considered strategic in maintaining the institution’s reputation and credibility.

Through this LKE (Employee Completion) activity and working meeting, Unila hopes to further strengthen its commitment to build a clean, professional, and service-oriented bureaucracy, and to use the results of this activity as a solid foundation for improving the quality of university governance in the future.
