(Unila): The University of Lampung (Unila) achieves a significant international milestone for eight study programs, five from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and three from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP).
The international accreditation was awarded by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA), an European accreditation agency based in Switzerland as stated by Priambodo, M.Sc., the head of the national and international accreditation, the center for quality assurance of education and training (LP3M) Unila through online media on Saturday, July 1, 2023.
FIBAA international accreditation certificates for eight study programs has been issued after the assessment and on site visit from FIBAA were finished in March. “We are very grateful and proud of this achievement. This is proof that Unila has a qualified and internationally recognized quality in education. This has motivated other study programs to have their accreditation better improved” said Priambodo.
Study programs with FIBAA international accreditation include the S-1 Accounting Study Program, S-1 Development Economics, S-1 management, S-2 Accounting Science, S-2 Management from FEB, as well as the S-1 State Administration Science, S-1 Communication Science, and S-1 Business Administration from FISIP.
FIBAA international accreditation is one of the globally recognized standards of quality in higher education. This accreditation process includes document assessment, interviews with various stakeholders, field visits, and evaluation of reports.
