(Unila): Chancellor of the University of Lampung (Unila) Prof. Lusmeilia Afriani, along with the staff made an academic and consolidation visit to the Unila Faculty of Law (FH).
On Friday, April 28, 2023, the management, lecturers, and education staff of the Unila Faculty of Law received this visit in the second floor meeting room of building C of the local campus Dean.
During the visit, Prof. Lusmeilia Afriani shared excellent news with all Unila Faculty of Law academics, namely that the City Government of Bandarlampung plans to construct the Faculty of Law building this year.
The development of the FH building was to follow up the meeting between the Mayor of Bandarlampung, Eva Dwiana and the Chancellor and other Unila top officials some time ago. The FH building construction should be resolved in due course as planned.
Prof. Lusi also requested assistance from the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) to have one of the Unila Law Faculty journals indexed by Scopus. Thus, the Faculty of Law was asked to start preparing needs and designing publications right away to register their journals next year. She believes that
journal of a social publication available in the Law Faculty is expected to be shortly promoted to Scopus-Index Journal. Prof. Lusi also asked lecturers and female education employees at the Faculty of Law to participate in a healthy walk on May 14, 2023, in honor of Kartini Day.
She also expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome given by FH Unila. She stated that university leadership was ready to cooperate and was invited at any time to attend meetings held by the law faculty.
According to Prof. Lusi, there is no difference between the chancellor and faculty level leaders and other work units. He believes that Unila’s success is the result of the contribution of all academics in each faculty, study program, and unit. Without this, Unila cannot be the best. [PR Team]
