(Unila): Rector of the University of Lampung, Prof. Dr. Ir. Hasriadi Mat Akin, M.P., gave some instructions at the preparation of the 54th Unila Anniversary, Thursday (11/07/2019). The meeting was held in the Meeting Hall of Auditorium Prof. Abdulkadir Muhammad, S.H., Faculty of Law (FH), as the chief coordinator of the event organizer.
The meeting was attended by all Unila Management Board, such as vice-rectors, head of bureaus, deans and vice deans, heads of division and subdivision, as well as the leaders of the Darma Wanita Persatuan Unila.
There was a presentation of the planning draft for various events for this current anniversary by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni of FH Unila Sri Sulastuti, S.H., M.H. Those events will be held on this September 2019. The presentation offered a theme and a series of activities, concepts, logos, and several other related matters.
The Dean of FH, Prof. Maroni, S.H., M.Hum, revealed that FMIPA, as the organizer of the former DIES organizer, provided input regarding the implementation of this annual agenda. He hopes that the next 54th anniversary will be a more meaningful and remarkable anniversary for Unila than in any other previous years.
The Faculty of Law plans to conduct two joint activities, namely international seminar and national-level of pseudo judicial competition which will be participated by eight law faculties in Indonesia.
The rector on his remarks reminded that besides celebrating Unila Big Day, the anniversary was expected to be the place to introduce the University of Lampung to the stakeholders regarding its noble development.
“I hope that the anniversary will be a momentum to introduce the University of Lampung to both internal and external parties. Let us use this moment to build cohesiveness jointly,“ he enclosed. [PR Team]
