(Unila): A total of 87 Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) at the University of Lampung (Unila) received an 80-percent civil servants’ decree on Wednesday (12/06/2019).

The handover was made directly by the Rector of the University of Lampung Prof. Hasriadi Mat Akin in the main meeting room, on the 2nd floor of the Rectorate Building.

After the handover, Hasriadi in his directive stated that this year’s CPNS acceptance was a history for Unila because since more than 30 years ago the institution had not yet regenerated its educators.

In 2019, a total of 144 CPNS lecturers were accepted by Unila. They will receive SK in two waves, 87 in the first wave and 57 in the second.

Hasriadi also appealed the presence of new faces of Unila lecturers could make the University of Lampung better by continuing the service relay as a public servant in the field of education. “Get ready and be prepared to make your career at Unila. Your career will positively correlate with the progress of Unila”, he explained.

He also explained that the research findings and journal articles made by lecturers were one of Unila’s efforts to develop and improve itself. That was in line with the vision and missions of the University of Lampung.

For this reason, the former Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at Unila requested that new lecturers be able to prepare themselves to pursue their higher studies outside Unila, even abroad.

“Dream about being a professor. This institution is ready and prepared to help you make the dream come true because your career progress is a contribution to Unila’s development,” said Hasriadi. [PR Team]
