(Unila): In preparing a plan for programs and budgets of the University of Lampung for 2020, the Bureau for Planning and Public Relations Affairs (BPHM) held a Planning Coordination Meeting (Rakorcan) of 2020.

This annual routine took place in the Rectorat Main Hall fl. 2 nd , Monday (02/25/2019), with the entitled theme “Synergizing, Working, Innovating for the Nation to meet the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0.”

The meeting was attended by Rector of Unila, Prof. Hasriadi Mat Akin, followed by all vice rectors, deans, postgraduate director, and a number of head of bureau, head of institute, head of unit, as well as head of SPI in the University of Lampung.

However, the two-day agenda involved a performance agreement between the head of the work unit and the rector for the 2020 budget year; a presentation material for work plan and performance for the 2020 budget year; as well as planned activities and budgets for work units in 2020 that have been included in the application, simren.unila.ac.id. Besides, it also discussed the operational activity guide (POK) and the term of reference (TOR) in 2020.

On the first day, however, the agenda contained a presentation on the performance and program planning for the budget year 2020 from 25 work units in this green campus.

Meanwhile, on the second day, the agenda was regarding a review of work plan and budget activities that have been proposed in the Unila Planning Management System, known as Simren.

Hasriadi conveyed, in realizing the vision of University of Lampung to be the Top 10 Universities in Indonesia, it requires a significant progress both in academic and non-academic performance. Thus, Unila has necessitated all work units to implement ISO so that Unila has orderly administration and offer excellent service.

“This effort has been strived to produce positive feedback in terms of administration. Therefore, the sustainability should be maintained so that our vision in 2025 can possibly be attained,” he enclosed.[PR Team]
