(Unila): University of Lampung received operational vehicle, one unit bus, from Bukopin Bank Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program.

The campus bus was provided by Bank Bukopin as a manifestation of Bukopin Bank in supporting the advancement of education at the Green Campus, especially to bolster up the Greenmetric rating in the local campus environment.

The handover ceremony was held at the front yard of Rectorat Building on Friday (2/15/2019), marked by ribbon cutting and key handover to Rector of Unila, Prof. Hasriadi Mat Akin. By the additional bus from Bukopin Bank, University of Lampung currently has 9 operational buses for students.

Branch Manager of Bukopin Bank, Abdi Nugroho Anuarkus, however, showed his gratitude that Bukopin Bank has the opportunity to collaborate with the University of Lampung.

“Our ratio remains rising, thanks to the University of Lampung for the support. Therefore, on this occasion, Bukopin Bank would like to express our gratitude by granting another operational vehicle to Unila students,” he said.

However, Prof. Hasriadi said that Unila concerns was not only to strengthen the Tri Dharma of Higher Education but also to sustain in all aspects, starting from increasing the quality of human resources, infrastructure, academics, and also the research.

“University of Lampung is currently concentrating on Greenmetric of the campus, and one of its assessments is saving energy. Thus, the operational bus is one of the supporting factors to that matters,” Hasriadi concluded.[Humas]
