(Unila): Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of the University of Lampung (Unila) Prof. Bujang Rahman led the evening prayers at Al Wasi’i Mosque on Wednesday night (8/5/2019). After leading the prayer, the former Dean of FKIP Unila delivered a speech before the fourth prayer of Ramadan 1440 Hijriah.
At his religious speech, Prof. Bujang revealed, in a hadith qudsi Allah Swt said every human deed is for him except fasting. Because he is only for Me and I will give him the reward directly.
If other deeds have been determined, then for the fasting, Allah will directly give the reward. It could be two people who are both fasting, different rewards. And that is the right of Allah SWT.
What is certain is fasting is privileged by Allah SWT. There are two conditions for people to fast to be happy in the hereafter. First, be thankful, the second, be patient.
The Almighty Allah’s Word in QS. Ibrahim verse 7, if you are grateful, surely I will add to you. Allah Swt also says in QS. Az Zumar verse 10, really only those who are patient will be filled with their rewards indefinitely.
Being patient is much more difficult than being grateful and the reward of those who are patient is much greater than those who are grateful. [PR Team]
