(Unila): Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of the University of Lampung (FKIP Unila) held a judicium of the Pre-service and In-service Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program in the Academic Year 2018/2019.
The event which took place at Unila Multipurpose Building on Saturday (4/27/2019) and was attended by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Bujang Rahman, M.Sc., Dean of FKIP Unila Prof. Dr. Patuan Raja, M.Pd., staff, and chairperson of FKIP Unila Alumni Association.
Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Unila FKIP Dr. Sunyono, M.Sc., in his report said that students who have graduated today have gone through various processes for a year.
He said, at this time the subsidized PPG program batch one consisted of 47 students in which all of them successfully graduated. The subsidized PPG program batch two had a total of 59 students and almost all of them successfully graduated (98%).
Furthermore, the In-service PPG program wave 1 had a total of 261 students in which 54% of them successfully graduated. The In-service PPG program wave 2 had a total of 168 students and 56% of them successfully graduated.
In addition, 60 students took part in the In-service PPG wave 2 and 13% of them successfully graduated. The In-service PPG program for teachers from targeted areas had a total of 59 students with a total of 56% graduation. The total number of participants who graduated were 654 students with a graduation percentage of 58.26%.
Patuan Raja stated that the PPG lectures were conducted at least 60 percent online, not face-to-face.
“If Unila plans to launch online lectures, we can see that this PPG program is an example of online lectures done before Unila applies it,” he said. [PR Team]
