(Unila): Faculty of Law (FH) of the University of Lampung (Unila) held a General Lecture entitled “Corporate Crime: Challenges for Future Law Enforcement” on Thursday (03/21/2019).
The committee honourly invited the Head of DPN Peradi, Dr. Luhut MP Pangaribuan, S.H., L.L.M., as a distinguished guest speaker of the event. The lecture took place at the Auditorium Prof. Abdulkadir Muhammad, S.H., FH Unila.
Dean of Faculty of Law Unila, Prof. Dr. Maroni, S.H., M. Hum., stated, the raising theme was relying on essential issue in law enforcement, especially corporate crime.
Maroni, hence, wished to advice students who attend general lectures may gain more knowledge by being active in asking the speaker so that it helps them enrich their knowledge about corporate crime,” he said.
Furthermore, the general lecture material was also delivered by the Head of the Peradi DPN who also as an academic and activist. Among the material presented were regarding about how to identify corporate crime and its challenges.
In addition, he also brought up the students by few things related to corporate crime in criminal law in Indonesia as well as the explanation of corporate issues and mens-rea parameters. [PR Team]
