(Unila): The University of Lampung (Unila) graduated 50 lecturers from different departments for Batch 4 teaching practitioner program funded by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The lecturers were grouped into 46 collaboration classes.
The program was facilitated by the center for development, learning, and quality assurance (LP3M), Unila in the form of coordination for the implementation of the fourth cohort of teaching practitioner programs in support of this initiative.
According to Dr. Melya Riniarti, the coordinator of the Unila teaching practitioner program, Batch 4 put in place from March to July 2024 marked the Unila’s three-time participation in teaching practitioner as Unila missed Batch 1.
The funding of Batch 4 for 46 collaboration courses was awarded to Unila due to the significant achievement of Batches 2 and 3 including six and sixteen classes respectively. The program is expected to improve Unila’s main indicator performance (IKU-4).
On the same occasion, the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Suripto Dwi Yuwono expressed gratitudes to the teaching practitioner program team for such extensive efforts in promoting the program among practitioners at Unila that a notable number of lecturers successfully completed the program this year.
He also asked practitioners to increase their participation in the program for the following semester with the target of 200 funded classes to reach IKU-4. [PR Team]
