(Unila): The University of Lampung (Unila) held a general lecture with speakers and delegates from MARA Technology University (UiTM) Cawangan Pulau Pinang, Malaysia, on Friday, 26 April 2024.
Present as speakers were Melinda Siti Asmah Binti Yunos, Ph.D., Nur Hidayah Che Ahmat, Ph.D., CHE, Hj. Mohd Sukor bin MD Yusof, M.B.A., Dr. Saiful Bahri Mohd Kamal, Melati BT Desa, M.B.A., among others.
They were facilitated by the Dean of FEBI of Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University (FEBI UIN RIL), Prof. Tulus Suryanto in collaboration with Unila.
Prof. Tulus said that the collaboration between FEBI UIN RIL and Unila was particularly for the sake of academic advancement for both universities.
They are committed to jointly opening up opportunities to exchange information and relationships regarding academic affairs. This, he believes, will in turn necessarily facilitate universities to improve their academic quality.
Vice Rector of PKTIK Unila Dr. Ayi Ahadiat was also in agreement with Prof Tulus with respect to Unila’s commitment of collaboration to academic advancement.
According to Melinda Siti Asmah Binti Yunos from UITM, opportunities for cooperation with Unila and UIN RIL have the beneficial effect on the key performance indicator (KPI), in particular the international collaboration.
This, she noted, is in line with UITM’s tagline, Globally Renowned, Globally Marketable, Globally Rooted. She is also in an attempt to look forward to having other opportunities from various institutions in Indonesia, or perhaps in other countries. [PR Team]
