(Unila): Faculty of Agriculture (FP) Department of Agricultural Engineering, Unila collaborates with the Faculty of Bioresources Mie University, Japan, in the field of research and student exchange.
The collaboration was marked by the visit of the Mie University delegation to FP Unila, Saturday, September 9, 2023. The Mie University delegation was represented by Mr. Wataru Nakagawa and warmly welcomed by the Dean of FP Unila, Prof. Irwan Sukri Banuwa and the department leaders.
During their visit as part of a series of fermented coffee research, the Mie University delegation had an opportunity to take part in the guidance process carried out by Prof. Diding Suhandy, one of the FP Unila lecturers.
Prof. Diding Suhandy was also scheduled to deliver a guest lecture at Mie University for two weeks starting from 29 September to 16 October 2023. This guest lecture is part of the research collaboration between FP Unila and Mie University.
The dean appreciated this sort of collaboration, hoping that it could provide benefits for both parties which in turn improve the main performance indicator (IKU) scores of Unila. [PR Team]
