University of Lampung (Unila) received an operational vehicle from Bukopin Bank. This grant was the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program by Bukopin Bank.
Director of UMKM Business of Bukopin Bank, Heri Purwanto, handed over the key symbolically to the Rector of University of Lampung, Prof. Hasriadi Mat Akin, at the front yard of Rectorat Building on Friday (01/18/2019). Heri said that the CSR program is one of social responsibilities of Bukopin Bank to contribute in developing education in university level.
Heri thanked for Unila trust to Bukopin Bank for managing the finances. However, Bukopin Bank and University of Lampung have been cooperating since 2004, especially for the students’ tuition fee.
Since 2015, said Heri, Bukopin Bank has continued to support the advancement of education at the University of Lampung through the implementation of CSR program, including the constructing parking area, providing RFID parking cards and videotron; as well as and granting operational vehicles.
Similar thing was conveyed by Prof. Hasriadi. This Professor of Faculty of Agriculture Unila appreciated Bukopin Bank for its concern in developing the world of higher education, especially University of Lampung.
“I thank to Bukopin Bank as the first private Bank that host to host with Unila,” he explained.
This former Vice Rector for Academic Affairs added that as a large institution, University of Lampung certainly need a number of operational vehicles. However, it will be regularly used as an operational vehicle for Rector, Hasriadi said, this vehicle will also be utilized for the mobility of Unila VIP guests though.[Humas]
