(Unila): The University of Lampung (Unila) has established a collaborative partnership in the realm of international academic mobility with the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
The relationship between the two universities in Russia was formalized through the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Professor Lusmeilia Afriani, the Chancellor of Unila, and Andrey Margolin, the Vice Rector of RANEPA, at the meeting hall of RANEPA’s campus on Thursday, June 21, 2023.
The MoU seeks to establish collaboration in the realm of global academic mobility for students, professors, and researchers, as mutually agreed upon by the involved entities. Furthermore, there are ongoing initiatives aimed at the development and execution of collaborative educational programs catering to both undergraduate and graduate students.
The Chancellor of Unila articulated her optimistic outlook towards the potential mutual advantages that could arise from this collaborative endeavor, with a particular emphasis on the domains of education and research.
She also expressed her admiration for RANEPA, acknowledging it as a prominent institution in Russia and renowned globally for its esteemed standing.
The MoU outlined in the decree issued by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, numbered 5559/M/06/2023, is anticipated to facilitate the development of various collaborative initiatives in the domains of education, science, publishing, community service, and social activities.
The signing of MoU was also witnessed by Dr. Ayi Ahadiat, the Deputy Chancellor for PKTIK Unila, Professor Nairobi the Dean of FEB Unila, Dr. Ida Nurhaida, the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Lampung (FISIP Unila), Dr. Ernie Hendrawaty, the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Cooperation at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung (Unila), and Yan Juansyah, D.E.A Malahayati University.
