(Unila): The Internal Control Unit (SPI) of the University of Lampung (Unila) held a technical guidance event on “Accelerating the Settlement of Follow-Up Examination of BPK RI Results in 2018”, Tuesday (4/23/2019).

The event which took place in the meeting room on the 4th floor of Rectorate Building was attended by Dean of FEB Unila, a number of vice deans, head of bureau, and head of work unit.

Rector of Unila, Prof. Hasriadi Mat Akin, when giving a speech, said that along with the many things that must be considered when regulating administration, Unila formed a special advocacy team to oversee policies. This is to minimize irregularities that occur when carrying out the administrative process.

The former Vice Rector 1 of Unila explained, at least Unila had built 13 buildings with a total of IDR 14 billion from PNBP in 2019. Furthermore, IDR 600 billion was also prepared for the construction of the Teaching Hospital, plus research funds of IDR 25 billion.

“In order for an orderly administration to be held when guarding this transformation, I hope that the knowledge delivered through the technical guidance can overcome the potential findings and recommendations that arise,” he said.

Chairperson of SPI Dr. Heni Siswanto, S.H., M.H., added, in the event the participants were divided into several panels. The settlement of problems that arise is resolved based on the principle of confidentiality.

Heni explained, SPI had accompanied the work unit in the findings and recommendations. “There must be a progressive product of this policy after the technical guidance. “Answer letter and statement of responsibility are absolute requirements of each work unit,” he said.
