(Unila): Rector of University of Lampung, Prof. Hasriadi Mat Akin, gave award for The Best Performance Achievement 2018 to some units. This recognizition was made after the monthly ceremony of ASN Unila the backyard of the Rectorat Building, Thursday morning (01/17/2019).
The first category was given to faculties with Best Performance-based Budget Achievement in 2018. This first award category was endowed to Economics and Business Faculty (FEB), Engineering Faculty (FT) as the second category, and Agriculture Faculty (FP) of the third category. The next category was addressed for bureaus, institutions, and postgraduate program.
The best award also based on Best Performance Budget Achievement in 2018 which were granted to Institute for Learning and Quality Assurance Development; Postgraduate Program; and Institute for Research and Community Service. The next award category was made for other units, which also based on Best Performance Budget Achievement in 2018. This honour was delivered to Integrated Laboratory and Technology Innovation Center unit; Career and Entrepreneurship Development Unit; and Business Management Unit.
According to Hasriadi, the awards were given as an encouragement for every unit in the University of Lampung. He considered that this ceremony at the beginning of 2019 as a golden moment to motivate all human resources to begin this early year with enthusiasm towards progress. This former Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Unila said that only critical and innovative institutions can survive in this revolution industry era 4.0.
Hence, along with Unila transformation from teaching university to research university, Hasriadi invited all the audience of the ceremony to work synergically to make continous improvement in all aspect to implement The Three Pilars of Higher Education. An enhancement needs to be built in order to establish a good and standardized learning in Unila. In addition, in developing the human resources, Unila has implemented a remuneration system as the reward and punishment for employees’ performance achievement.
