(Unila): The University of Lampung (Unila) now continues to transform its institutions from the teaching university into a research university.
To reinforce this effort, Unila LP3M through the Quality Assurance Center (PPM) held a “Socialization of Online Learning Monitoring and Evaluation and Introduction to e-lp3m.unila.ac.id Application System”. The target of the event was the Study Program Quality Assurance Team, Wednesday (5/22/2019).
The Rector of Unila Prof. Hasriadi Mat Akin when opening the event said that the implementation of integrated administration at Unila is now step by step based online. The application built by LP3M is an innovation to guard the changes that are being prioritized by Unila.
To change the performance mindset so far, said Hasriadi, Unila has implemented a remuneration system. This reward appreciation will be integrated with the outcome performance in the quality assurance of each study program.
The audit of the remuneration performance is done based on courses audit forms filled out by the Study Program Quality Assurance Team (TPMP) through the online system e-lp3m.unila.ac.id.
“This application is an efficient technology tool. I congratulate LP3M for being the dark horse for the future development of Unila. That is the rise of IT with good data sources, “said Hasriadi.
The event which was held on the 4th floor of the Unila Rectorate Building was attended by 150 lecturers who served as the Study Program Quality Assurance Team (TPMP) in all faculties in Unila.
