(Unila): Center for Career and Entrepreneurship Development CCED (UPT PKK) of University of Lampung (Unila) held a coordination meeting with all deans of each faculty and heads of study programs in Unila Main Hall 2nd floor, Rectorat, Thursday (07/02/2019).
The meeting was attended by Rector of Unila, Prof. Hasriadi Mat Akin; Unila Vice Rector for Students and Alumni Affairs, Prof Karomani; Representatives of Heads of department and study programs, as well as Vice Deans for Student’s and Alumni Affairs from all faculties of Unila.
Prof. Karomani explained, various policies were built for students and alumni affairs, including the development of entrepreneurship and career-level at the universities, faculties, and study programs.
As an institution for fostering competent human resources in multi-disciplines is expected to be able to fill the needs of the current job market with qualified standards.
“Let’s discuss together regarding the preparation for funding, infrastructure, and synergy between CCED and all faculties. That is to maximize all work programs and build students’ character,” he said.
Prof. Hasriadi conveyed, the competition among universities requires each faculty at the Unila, change its mindset in order to prepare a qualified final product, that is creative alumni for their society.
This Professor of Agriculture of Unila added, Unila is committed to strengthen the quality of learning and complement the learning facilities. Therefore, industrial start-up should also be implemented and combined with a suitable blend of learning curriculum.
“According to Google, all jobs will be replaced by technology in 2035. “I hope that through CCED, Unila will be able to foster the students entrepreneurial expertise that based on the tracer study reference,” he enclosed.[Humas]
