(Unila): For young educators who take part in the world of higher education, they certainly have a passion to make a career so they can reach their highest career, being a professor. It is a form of recognition of their long-term work for developing the theory of science that he/she is engaged in.

If a lecturer is able to reach a career up to the level of professor, it is also expected that they have the capacity to manage a campus. A professor is required to publish a book within three years, if not, the professor’s allowance will be postponed.

The background on the situation initiated the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of the University of Lampung (Unila) to hold career coaching for young lecturers. The event which was attended by 62 participants took place at Hall K of FKIP on Thursday (04/25/2019).

The organizing committee invited two speakers, namely the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Bujang Rahman, M.Sc., and Warsono, Ph.D., as Chair of Unila LPPM. [PR Team]
