(Unila): The University of Lampung (Unila) is making an attempt to be a world class university (WCU).

Today, the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) made a visit to the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Lampung (Unila) on Monday, 13 March 2023 in the 2nd floor, rectorate meeting room.

FEB Unila was the first faculty to have all of its academic programmes internationally accredited. There were five study programmes, i.e., Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Development Economics, Bachelor of Management, Master of Accounting, and Master of Management to gain accreditation from FIBAA this year. 

Rudy, LL.D., Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance at the University of Lampung, stated that the programme was carried out as part of an endeavour to improve Unila’s quality so that the recognition from accreditation agencies particularly outside Asia would be achieved.

Rudy wishes that having been internationally accredited by ABEST21 in Japan and FIBAA, FEB Unila must have been recognized in either a national or an international level.

The Unila officials in attendance of the FIBAA visit were   Dean of FEB, deputy deans, Chair of LP3M, Secretary of LP3M, Head of Quality Assurance Centre, Head of Centre for National and International Accreditation, and their teams, as well as officials from Unila’s International Office.
