(Unila): Planning and Public Relations Bureau (BPHM) of University of Lampung (Unila) holds an event on “2019 Budget Policy Dissemination” in the main meeting room, on the 2nd floor of Rectorate Building on Friday (5/4/2019).
The event was opened by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and ICT of Unila Prof. Mahatma Kufepaksi. It was attended by deans, vice deans for general affairs and finance as well as all finance, planning, and treasury staff in each unit and faculty.
Mahatma expected all parties related to planning and finance staff to carry out their duties optimally that the Unila budgeting could continue to be accountable and transparent.
“A well-prepared planning is the key to success. I hope Unila continues to get better”, he said.
The resource person, Head of Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Planning Bureau Dr. Ir. Erry Ricardo Nurzal, M.T., M.P., said that the budgeting in the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education was divided into two functions, education with a total of IDR 40.21 trillion and public services (research and technology) of IDR 1.053 trillion.
“We at the ministry continue to strive to keep up BOPTN. We also ask for support so that you can see the overall budget”, he said.
Erry explained the integrated budgeting as stipulated in article 6 paragraph 1 of PP No. 21 of 2004 states that ABPN is collected from PNBP/BLU + PHLN RMP SBSN + Pure Rupiah (RM).
In the regulation, Unila has supported the ministry’s goals through collecting points on the number of students who are self-employed, accreditation of institutions, and accreditation of study programs. [PR Team]
