(Unila): Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (BEM FMIPA) University of Lampung (Unila) held a Middle Level Student Skills and Management Exercise (LKMMTM), Saturday (05/11/2019).
The theme of the event was “Inspiring Actions in the Formation of National and State Characters.” The exercise was one of the activities of BEM FMIPA inviting a number of competent presenters to Lampung Province including Drs. Herman HN, M.M (Mayor of Bandarlampung City); Prof. Drs. Jhon Hendri, M.Sc., Ph.D (Secretary of the Directorate General of Resources in Science, Technology and Higher Education), Ibnu Hasan, S.Pd., M.Pd (Assistant Deputy of Youth Kemenpora Indonesian Leadership); and M. Faudzul Adzim, S.H (BEM-SI 2018 Main Coordinator).
Chief Executive Muhammad Rifa’i said LKMMTM is a continuation of the previous event, LKMMTD. The aim is to equip students with technical preparation to get involved in an organization. LKMMTM sharpens managerial skills that they become more competitive in the future.
Governor of BEM FMIPA Raka Orlanda added the participants attending the event were well selected. They are expected to be useful students with good national and state characters, especially in the Industrial Era 4.0.
Dean of FMIPA Drs. Suratman, M.Sc., representing the Vice Rector for Student and Alumni Affairs who at the time was unable to attend said this activity was already listed in Belmawa Kemeristekdikti so that the LKMMTM was compulsory for students to follow.
