(Unila): The University of Lampung (Unila) held the inauguration and oath-taking ceremony for its senior leadership, including the Head of the Finance, Personnel, and General Affairs Bureau, as well as the Junior Expert Planner and First Expert Planner functional positions.
The event took place in the inauguration room on the fourth floor of the Rectorate on Friday, February 20, 2026.
In addition to Unila Rektor Prof. Dr. Ir. Lusmeilia Afriani, DEA, IPM., ASEAN Eng., the inauguration was also attended by the Vice Rectors, deans, heads of bureaus, heads of UPA, heads of sections and subsections of Unila, and clergy.
The activity aimed to strengthen administrative governance and at the same time become a momentum to strengthen Unila’s organizational structure in supporting the realization of the vision as a world-class university that is accountable and competitive.
In her remarks, the Rektor congratulated the newly appointed officials and hoped they would quickly adapt and accelerate their work in carrying out their assigned duties and responsibilities.
“I hope you can quickly adapt and accelerate your work. There’s no time to relax, as public demands and competition between universities require us to move faster,” She said.
The officials who were inaugurated included Indrayati Putri Idrus, SH, MH, as Head of the Finance, Personnel and General Affairs Bureau, Puspa Widya Kencana, SIP, as Junior Expert Planner, Agus Effendi, S.Kom., as First Expert Planner.
The Rektor also emphasized to Indrayati Putri Idrus that the position she holds has a strategic role as the operational heart of the university.
Through this role, it is hoped that financial management, personnel, and general affairs can run optimally in supporting effective and accountable institutional governance.
The Rektor expressed his hope that Puspa Widya Kencana and Agus Effendi would carry out their roles as planners professionally, adaptively, and data-driven, so that every program and policy they develop can have a real impact on Unila’s future development. [Muzamil Kakar]
