(Unila): The Master of Educational Technology program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung (Unila) has once again achieved a proud international accomplishment at the International Emerging Trends in Education Colloquium & Poster Competition 2025 (IETECC 2025), held on December 1, 2025 at the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM).

The competition was attended by 175 participants from various renowned universities in Indonesia, including Sriwijaya University (Unsri), Surabaya State University (Unesa), and Unila, which impressed with its outstanding achievements in the two categories contested.

In the Poster Competition category, Unila won four gold medals, three silver medals, and three bronze medals. This success proves that Unila has extraordinary capabilities in developing and applying creative ideas in the field of education.

Not only that, Unila also won two gold medals in the Research/Product category at Collegium, bringing the total to six gold medals, three silver medals, and three bronze medals in both categories, reflecting the dedication of the MTP FKIP Unila team in producing innovative and highly competitive works at the international level.

This victory is attributed to the high quality of the participants representing Unila at the event. The Unila delegation team consisted of eight lecturers and 16 Master of Educational Technology students from the 25th cohort, led by Rangga Firdaus, Coordinator of the Master of Educational Technology (MTP) Program.

Rangga Firdaus, in his speech, expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation for the hard work of the team who had worked tirelessly to achieve this accomplishment.

“It is an honor and a source of pride for us as members of FKIP Unila to bring the Master of Educational Technology (MTP) Study Program to win this award. I would also like to thank the Dean of FKIP and the Rectorate for their tremendous support,” he said.

This achievement further strengthens the position of the FKIP Unila Master of Educational Technology Study Program as one of the best in Indonesia. This success also reflects Unila’s commitment to advancing education, not only at the national level but also on the international stage.

This shows that Unila excels not only in academic activities but also in innovation and research, which contribute significantly to the advancement of global education.

Unila’s success in this competition also highlights the importance of collaboration between various universities in Indonesia. Unsri, Unesa, and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) jointly promote a spirit of close collaboration between educational institutions in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Activities such as IETECC 2025 not only strengthen networks between universities, but also provide opportunities for educators and students to share ideas, experiences, and innovations that can improve the quality of education at the global level.

In closing, Rangga Firdaus emphasized that this achievement does not only belong to the Unila delegation team, but is also the result of the full support of the FKIP Unila leadership and the Rectorate.
