{"id":43879,"date":"2026-02-25T09:55:27","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T02:55:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unila.ac.id\/en\/?p=43879"},"modified":"2026-02-27T09:56:49","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T02:56:49","slug":"unila-strengthens-the-mental-and-spiritual-health-of-education-staff-ahead-of-ramadan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unila.ac.id\/en\/unila-strengthens-the-mental-and-spiritual-health-of-education-staff-ahead-of-ramadan\/","title":{"rendered":"Unila Strengthens the Mental and Spiritual Health of Education Staff Ahead of Ramadan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Unila): The University of Lampung (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unila.ac.id\/en\/\">Unila<\/a>) held mental and spiritual training during the month of Ramadan for educational staff within the Unila Rectorate in 2026, in the inauguration room, Wednesday, February 25, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>This activity was part of an effort to improve the spiritual quality, work ethic, and integrity of educational staff ahead of the holy month of Ramadan.<\/p>\n<p>Vice Rector of General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Habibullah Jimad, SE, M.Si., in his remarks said that the momentum of Ramadan should be used as a means of self-reflection as well as strengthening moral responsibility in carrying out duties as university officials.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasized the importance of gratitude for the trust given with upright intentions, full responsibility, and integrity, so that this Ramadan momentum can be used to improve the quality of worship and work ethic, as well as strengthen the commitment to providing the best contribution to the institution.<\/p>\n<p>He also added that this coaching activity serves as a reminder for all education personnel to continue improving their quality, both mentally and spiritually.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So today&#8217;s event is a reminder to us to improve our mental and spiritual well-being, so that we can work earnestly so that Unila can be even better,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>The material was delivered by Coach Putri Romadhona, S.Si., MM, from the Akira Institute, who in her presentation invited participants to interpret work as a means of providing benefits, not just completing work, by taking micro breaks for one to two minutes, such as taking a breath, relaxing, or light meditation in between work activities, as well as the importance of empathy and support between employees and is expected to be able to focus on positive impacts by prioritizing things that can be controlled.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, She conveyed the meaning of work developing from the job stage to fulfill economic needs, increasing to a career as a professional position, until reaching calling , namely working as a life calling that contributes to society.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Come to work not just to complete tasks, but come to work to leave a trace of goodness,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>This activity was expected to serve as a shared reminder to improve the quality of worship during Ramadan while strengthening the spirit of togetherness, integrity, and professionalism of Unila&#8217;s educational staff.
