Improving The Work Ethic With Discipline

(Unila): One of the dynamics occurred in a bureaucracy is disobediences against the obligations and prohibitions for Civil Servants (PNS) due to the Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010 Article (3) Obligations of Civil Servants and Article (4) Prohibition for Civil Servants.

To reinforce the regulation, the Head of Division for Information and Public Relations at the Bureau for Public Relations and Planning Affairs (BPHM) Unila, Suratno, MH, held a coordination meeting (Rakor) with the Head of Subdivision for Information and the staffs, in the meeting room of the Head of BPHM, Monday morning (1/13/2020).

The meeting was aimed to increase understanding and ability to carry out tasks, especially the establishment of the discipline, both for attendance and work discipline. According to Suratno, this is due to developing the work ethic as to reinforce the administrative staffing order.

Besides disciplining to punctuate the working hours, Suratno reminded all employees to obey the administrative and financial discipline as the responsibility of all activities. It also includes the responsibility of managing the BPHM website, bphm.unila.ac.id, to be more updated and productive. [PR Team]
