Previously, UPT PKLI had carried out the similar training on August 12-16. However, this second training is addressed for lecturers and staff.
This new program is one of the series program held by The Green Campus in participating in the ACP program followed by ITB, UGM, UB and some universities in Asia.
Moreover, the training aims to raise public awareness about safety management to answer the anxiety about natural disasters that often occur, especially in Lampung.
Cipta Ginting, as the event coordinator, said that the program was beneficial for participants in building their awareness of disaster risks.
For this reason, the trainees are then expected to become agents for their surrounding community and spread branding in increasing awareness and disaster mitigation.[PR Team]
