Unila possesses a scientific core Dry Land Farming Development. The prime researches have been focused on the scientific core.
Unila Research Institute coordinates cross-disciplined research activities. Faculties/departments make a mono-disciplined research master plan which contains/describes the Unila Scientific Core researches or researches describing the special quality/superiority of faculties/departments.
The priority is the applied research oriented to efficient products and science and technology. The important and strategic basic research also becomes pioneering work.
The Unila research activities are funded from:
- Unila Supplement Budget
- APBN Competitive Grant
- Research collaboration with overseas organizations
- Research cooperation with government and private institutions.
